Terms & Conditions for SB Automotive Mobile Car Detailing Service

Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between SB Automotive ("SB Automotive", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the SB Automotive mobile car detailing service and any of its products or services (collectively, "Services").

Services

SB Automotive provides mobile car detailing services, including but not limited to washing, waxing, and interior cleaning of vehicles. Our Services are available for cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs. We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle deemed too large or in poor condition for our equipment.

Appointments

Appointments for our Services can be scheduled through our website or by phone. We will make every effort to accommodate requested appointment times, but cannot guarantee availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances or equipment malfunction.

Payment

Payment for our Services must be made at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the results of our Services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Liability

SB Automotive will not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our Services. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to release us from any and all liability related to the use of our Services.

Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any changes have been made to the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
