Clay Bar Treatment
A clay bar treatment is a process used to remove contaminants from the paint of a vehicle. These contaminants include things like tar, sap, industrial fallout, and brake dust. These contaminants can bond to the paint and cause damage over time if not removed.
The process begins by using a clay lubricant spray to lubricate the surface of the paint. This spray helps to make the clay bar glide smoothly over the surface of the paint, preventing any damage to the finish. The clay bar is then gently worked over the surface of the paint to remove the contaminants. The clay bar is a soft, pliable substance that is able to pull the contaminants off the paint without scratching it.
Once the clay bar has been worked over the entire surface of the vehicle, the paint is rinsed to remove any remaining clay and contaminants.
Finally, the vehicle is dried using a high-pressure blower to ensure that no water spots are left on the paint.
After the clay bar treatment, the paint will be smoother and have a deeper shine. Additionally, it will be more receptive to polishes, waxes and sealants, making them more effective in protecting the paint in the long run.
Wheel and Tire Cleaning
The process begins by using a specialized wheel cleaner to remove brake dust and grime from the wheels. The cleaner is applied using a brush or a cloth, and is designed to break down and remove the dirt and grime without damaging the finish of the wheels.
Once the wheels are clean, the tires are cleaned using a tire cleaner and a tire brush. This removes any built-up dirt and grime from the tire surface, leaving them looking like new.
After the wheels and tires have been cleaned, they are rinsed with water to remove any remaining cleaner and debris. The final step is to dry the wheels and tires with a microfiber towel or high-pressure blower to ensure that no water spots are left.
This process will leave the wheels and tires looking shiny and clean, restoring their original appearance and making the vehicle look like new. It is a important step to maintain the overall appearance of the vehicle and also prevents corrosion on the wheels.
Interior Shampooing
Interior shampooing is a process of thoroughly cleaning the fabric surfaces of a vehicle's interior, such as the seats, carpets, and floor mats. The process begins by using a specialized upholstery cleaner to remove dirt, stains, and grime from the fabric surfaces. The cleaner is applied using a brush or a cloth and is designed to break down and remove the dirt and grime without damaging the fabric.
Once the cleaner has been applied, the fabric surfaces are agitated using a brush or a cloth to help lift and remove the dirt and grime. Then, the fabric is rinsed with a hot water extractor or a steam cleaner to remove any remaining cleaner and dirt. This process is also known as hot water extraction.
After the fabric has been cleaned and rinsed, it is dried using a high-powered fan or a heater to ensure that the fabric is completely dry.
This process will leave the fabric surfaces looking like new and smelling fresh. It is an important step to maintain the overall appearance of the vehicle and also to remove any unpleasant odors that may be trapped in the fabric. It also helps to prolong the life of the fabric surfaces.
